We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new feature at Czar Workspace that we believe you will love! Introducing our Rooftop Area with Barbecue Facilities, designed to enhance your work-life balance and create memorable experiences right here at the workspace.

What’s New?

• Stunning Views: Our rooftop offers panoramic views of the city, providing a refreshing escape from your desk.
• Barbecue Facilities: Fully equipped grills and seating areas make it easy to enjoy a delicious barbecue with colleagues, friends, or clients.
• Flexible Usage: Whether it’s a casual lunch break, team-building event, or after-hours gathering, the rooftop area is perfect for any occasion

How to Access:

• The rooftop area is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on week days.
• At any given time, the space can accommodate up to 20 people.
• Usage is on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is no advance booking option. Simply check availability when you arrive.
• To access the rooftop area on the 10th floor, you will need an access card, which can be obtained from the reception desk. Please ensure you return the card after use to avoid penalties for non-return.

Rules for Usage: For your convenience and safety, please follow the rules for using rooftop deck. These guidelines ensure everyone has an enjoyable and seamless experience.
